Re: HOME BREWING ON TV

Re: HOME BREWING ON TV
yes it was my own beer you cheeky sods!
That's a day off work and 3 hrs after work - can you believe they get me all the way to London just to take a cap off the bottle???
So like i say - i can't think of any reason why you'd want to stuff a pint glass full of hops, but there you go!
As James McCrorie has just pointed out, that beer will have to pass a much more discerning set of judges in a couple of weeks! Well he seems happy with it all so I am too.
I feel a bit cheated - I was enjoying a pint of 'Jilly's Favourite' expecting her usual torrent of tasting comments so that I could learn a thing or two, but all I get is praise
Well much relieved anyway - no harm has been done!
I don't know what the bottled beer was (seen on the right) but the beer in the middle was Wychwood Wychcraft. I interrogated the landlord whilst tolerating a half pint of it - it had only been in the cellar 48hrs . I was grinning ear to ear

Well done Gurgeh, excellent result from the 'panel' - but then again, would we in the know have expected the result to be any different. Homebrew rules!
And as for saving £1000 a year on booze... well I think I've got some catching up to do

Although I have not seen the show G, nice one
Any exposure that does not make us look like hairshirt loons is good, you've done yourself and us proud from the comments I have seen.
