Good work matey. Do those HBS peeps really dress like that normally? They looked like the wierdos.
So where was Sir Trevor then???
What's so unpleasant about being drunk? Ask a glass of water!

Haven't seen Jilly Goulden on TV for years - she's matured like a fine wine

I spotted a homebrew shop yesterday when driving near Clacton, did a quick U turn and lo and behold the chap serving told me that the shop will be on the telly tomorrow night. So I explained that I was going to record it anyway and told him about Gurgeh being on the same program. Thankfully the chap that served me wasn't dressed ready for come dancing

Well done, Gurgeh.
You did us proud, especially by not wearing a pink bow tie.

Well done, I thought it was excellent and very brave of you.

EDIT: Oops - on rewatching while sober, I see the Home Brew Shop staff actually had orange bow ties, not pink! Much more sartorial.

you've proberbly done more in that short clip to help shake off the 'homebrew stigma' than anything else I've seen in the past 20 years. looks like a result to me
ps, have you got the recipe for that beer...?

Well done Gurgeh!
That showed 'em!
I can't remember who it was on here that was on about serving a home cooked meal to guests. It pleases them that you have made the effort and taken the time to craft together something especially for them. However, offer the same people homebrew and they think you're some sort of cheapskate...

G, you must have done something right, as I have had my mother law on the phone telling me chapter and verse about your appearance, Key comment " and they liked the Homebrew best... thats how you brew isn't it Phil?", I think you are like a AG outreach worker G,

I'm now looking forward to be somewhere I have enough bandwidth to watch on Youtube.

Simple solution on that one, don't invite that kind of person round to your house

Or beat them into submission with why you brew and then let them taste it.
Then again have you seen the tizzy people get into over cooking a meal for guests, I believe it is called "dinner party syndrome"
