Looks good to me :D Although i'd probably throw in some flavour hops around the 30-20 min mark as well.

Looks like that will be a nice strong, dark ale.

15g will do the job, I would go more like 30g at 15 -10 mins.

Would I be O.K to put 454g of Golden Syrup in??
The squeeze bottle type is on offer at Morrisons, £1.20 for two bottles of 454g.

Thats going to make one knock your socks off beer, i like golden syrup in a beer but i'd be inclined to use a bit less since i think it gives me a bit of a head the next day.

Left out the golden syrup, got 1054 and was happy with that.
