Keg this up to day F.O. 1.017 (5.5%), very nice can see it really see my self waiting another 2 months

Had a quick taste of this last night, I can confirm it wont be getting the mandatory aging :D

Oblivious, how did you find the BP malt coming through on this? I've done the 1896 recipe from the Durden book which uses a bit more than the 1850 and I'm worried that It might be a bit too much.

Its give a nice roasty-ness, the ushers stout uses around 550g of black patent so i suspect that going to have more
