Mashed at 68

1st hops 35gm fuggles
late hops 20gms fuggles

OG 1042 For 5gallons


Dark but cystal clear



Now the brewery side is complete, time to sort the bar side tomorrow. Heat box to construct and gas lines to hand pumps to sort.

Cheers guys, fermentation looking real mr whippy - steady rodger!! Really enjoying the new facilities. The last shed was ok but it was very heath robinson, bike in there too and loads of tools etc so a brew day involved moving loads of stuff. However the experience makes you realise what you need, this set up works like a dream.

Got my hot box finished today - bar the wiring, thats tomorrow nights job. Gas next weekend as the IPA will be going in the corny soon.

Will let you know how things taste.
