simple proven extract recipes??????? please xx

can anyone suggest a simple proven extract recipe. i only have an out of date pale malt extract & 100g each of fuggles & goldings hops. will need the rest of the recipe to be easily obtainable (before xmas) ingredients. thanks

This wasw my first extract brew i ever made. Turned out verrrrrrrry nice. Will be making an AG of it some time in the future.

60 min boil
40 pints

3.2kg Marris Otter extract (2 tins)
500g Dark spraymalt. (optional, i like to get pissed).

35g goldings - Full boil

20g fuggles - Last 20 min
20g goldings - Last 20 min

10g fuggles - Flame off
10g goldings - Flame off
340g Orange blossom honey - Flame off. Optional but worth it. Dont put it in any sooner or the boil will kill off the honey taste.

how much water do i add??? i presume some will be lost by boiling & left in the soggy hops etc

I dont know actually. As it was my first extract i wasnt very clued up so i just topped it up to 40 pints. As its a 60 min boil you wont lose much & i rung out the hop bags so there was none lost to the hops.
