Fermentation chiller wiring question

Post by mysterio » Tue Oct 31, 2006 6:37 pm

I've got my thermostat (SPDT), adapter and fan for my fermentation chiller.

I can't work out how the thermostat is supposed to be wired, can anyone help?

There's 4 terminals and a ground terminal.

Honeywell T6360

I literally do not understand the wiring diagrams, should have paid more attention in physics.

This is the stat I have. Connect power to 1. The switched live (ie, when calling for cooling) is 4, so connect this to the +ve of the fan. Then connect the -ve of the power supply to the -ve of the fan. That should do it.

Excellent, thanks JA, works like a charm!
