Looks good to me. Have a good brewday.

I've got a Guinness clone(ish) on the go right now - currently mashing with about 30 mins left to go.

yes!

lost count of the amount of times I forgot to put the HLT tank on for sparging and had to wait an extra half hour - never done me any noticable harm ;-)

just running off into the FV, it slowed down then stopped, upon checking i found the hop strainer had come off the tap, so with a sanatized had i managed to refit it and got it flowing again, hope its ok.

not putting it down the sink at this point, will hope everything will turn out fine.

I've also had to guddle about in the boiler a couple of times now - but neither batch got infected, so hopefully you will be fine.

I think on a brewday, your hands are probably in and out of sanitising solution so much that there is little bacteria left alive. I know that my skin goes dry as hell for a couple of days afterwards because of it.

Looks like you had a nice brewday.

only collected 21lts in the end.@ 1.050 so a brew house efficience of 75.4%, im happy with that

apart from the hop strainer coming adrift all went well.

must remember next time not to drink the previous beer while brewing...lol

It's a tradition to drink ale whilst brewing in my house, the only time I didn't the batch got infected :?
