im guessin from the responses and the fact i cant find it on the interent ANYWHERE that im completely fckin wrong and my pesky backwards brain has let me down yet again

im kinda gettin used to that now.......... :lol:

I checked. No law against it, all the laws only apply to alcohol, not potential alcohol. Stores can obviously make their own rules about who they sell to. Brew, drink and be merry.

I'm not sure about the law, but I'm loving the idea that the local under 18 community would be hanging about the swings at the park by their 'pimped' Saxos discussing the wonderful hop profile of their latest all grain brew whilst remonstrating about the pros and cons of using S04 in their latest White Lightning clone.

Nah, they'd be stabbing each other because they can't agree on the mash schedule. And brewing equipment would start to sprout weird paint jobs and be fitted with sound systems. Before you know it there would be an explosion in illegal gatherings where they would hold "brew-offs" to see who can have the bling-est stuff without actually brewing anything.

Its silly when you concider you coud make wine with Bread yeast in a Plastic pop Bottle! :)
