I put the above on a week past today it had reached a gravity of 1.006 (started 1.044) by Friday it has remained there since is it therefore safe to assume it has finnised and safe to bottle? If so i intend to bottle in glass can i simply throw these in the bath with some thin bleach to steralise them?
Re the Brewferm gold the instuction say to ferment at 25c could i use a lager yeast say S23 and ferment it in the loft current temp12-15c?
