to fine or not to fine...

morning all

ive a youngs lager kit in the fv waiting to be bottled now. made with geordie beer enhancer.

it dropped from 1040ish down to 1012 in about 5 days at around 20 - 22degrees.
so i added a pinch of yeast nutrient and gave a gentle rouse, like you do, to see if i could get it to drop any lower.

now. it hasnt dropped at all but has done a good impression of the weather and stayed really cloudy.

im wondering if i shouldnt have left well alone, but can anyone tell me if its worth adding finings at this stage and leaving for a day or two,
or should i just go ahead and bottle it?

ta.

It could be chill haze from the protiens in the beer. My wherry was perfectly clear from the keg when it was in the shed, then we had a real cold snap, below zero, and it got a chill haze. Still tasted the same, just looked cloudy. I did a search on here and read about it then decided I didn't care :=P
