A few years ago I messed up a TTL clone as was called out to an important job and had to leave mash to it's own devices. The temp dropped a lot in the thermos mash tun, lagging on lid came off, and i ended up with a highly fermentable wort. The FG went to 1.006 and it seriously lacked body, mouthfeel and taste, not a success!

gENTLEMEN iTS NOW LATE. OOpps caps lock still on. I have been sampling this first brew and its a winner the head is good the taste is ggod and I would like to say a vey (woops "very") big thank you to all. I AM HOOKED. This is so easy to do. It could be a bit clearer (the beer that is , not me) but time and practice will only help. Good night.
