Hello all, I knocked up a 4 DJ's of TC today and on a whim decided to spice up 2 of them with some root ginger, i got a thumb sized piece, peeled it, chopped it up into slices and chucked a few in each DJ. My thought after doing it was: should I have heated it first? Will it spoil 10 litres of TC by bringing an infection in? I do hope not
This is only my 3rd lot of TC so if anyone has any experience to put my mind at ease I would appreciate it.
