Ahh the H Hillbilly booze stash - is always a sight!

The Porter looks like a nice addition. I still haven't gotten around to brewing the lager after how many years now but think I will add the porter to my to brew list as well.

I think I might have to make a change to my set up, The combination of the False bottom on my Mash Tun and My Hop Stopper just doesn't seem to allow me to get wort that clear.
