Hi all – I’ve a copy of BREWING LAGER by the same John Alexander off Ebay despite being dated 1986 a useful, well written and interesting book. I'll look out for his new one - although I’m no expert still on training kits and liver conditioning, feeling left behind by a few members rapid progress.
BTW...slowly getting All Mash Kit together a good 6 mths now, wanting to keep it simple if I start on the high tech route I know I would get carried away and in loads of trouble - so far.

After asking around mates for a suitable fridge waited ages I got one the the next day Joiner/kitchen fitter we used for a recent job turns up with another can’t believe it which also takes 2 cornies at a squease. Wanting a warm/cool insulated fermenting cupboard I decided to fit a 1’ 45w tube heater and cheap ch 0-30c room stat works a treat, can also be used as a fridge - both free and in good condition

saved them both a tipping charge.
Sorry if I've waffled on in the wrong place on your post BD and I know pic’s are mandatory - don’t know how to
