Re: coopers heritage lager
Not one I've brewed myself, but a bit of Googling suggests that the Coopers Heritage kit may be brewed with just sugar being a 1.7K can kit (not often a recipe for great results) but is often supplied with light malt to ensure better body:-jvchin11 wrote:I recently bought the cooper lager brewing kit. It worked out very well. The first batch came out great. I then bought the heritage lager kit. The kit came with Lager mix and a can of Lt. malt. Does the Lt malt take the place of the brewing sugar or do i need to also add the brewing sugar to the wort. Sorry if this is a dumb question but i am new to brewing.
Thanks
