I did a wherry kit a few weeks back,I had done one before a couple of years ago and it came out great.After reading the posts about stuck fermentations I decided to play safe and use saf 04.I left it in the fv for 10 days then took a reading.Guess what, 1.018

Gave it a stir and left it three more days.Took a reading 1.018 .After much debate decided to bottle at that.Two weeks in my living room and then down to the cellar for a week.Cracked a bottle and poured crystal clear with lovely thick head that clings to the glass.Tastes geat too

Bit dissapointed the abv is a bit down but I will definitely do another one.Maybe try some yeast vit next time.So dont despair if your wherry finishes a bit high.
