Stocks getting very low on account of not brewed since early October last year.

This is my first non British brew for over 15 years.
I had a mixed case of Dunkel Weisen from Beers-of-Europe for crimbo so this one had to be done.
Only problem so far is the soddin' mash screen coming adrift from the ball valve, again.

Another 30mins to go on the mash so we then start the 'bailing out' process so the mash screen can be refitted, then refill the mashtun and then strain.....
First job after the brew will be to drill out a new brass tank connector and replace the existing one.
