Can I bottle at this gravity?

I have a woodfords Eastern ale that has been 6 days in fermenter and 6 days in glass carbouy I am getting one bubble every 30 seconds out of airlock, gravity is 1012 is it safe to bottle?

1012 is fine to bottle at, but i'd leave it a little longer if you are still getting airlock activity that often.
wait and see if the gravity remains the same for a few days, then you'll know its finished fermenting, and its not just co2 escaping from th beer.

A few of my kits stuck at 1014, but they were still gr8 :D

Yeah, as bod says, a bubble every 30s means it's still going, so I would leave it a bit longer. It wouldn't matter if you were kegging it, but with bottles it's best to play safe.
