How much spraymalt/sugar?

Hi all.
I'm new to homebrewing, i decided to have a go with Muntons Gold continental Pilsner, I've been reading on here about spraymalt or sugar to prime the brew for second fermentation , but whats the best to use? spraymalt or sugar (is normal granulated ok?) and how much do you use? I've got about 23lts fermenting.
Any help and advice would be gratefully accepted
