Okay, everything cleaned, water treated and boiled, rapid hop-stopper thing created, and MASH ON! 17:30

250g Torrified Wheat (3.3 EBC) 5.4%

Protofloc Tablet (15 min)
1 Pkgs US-05

Challenger, 7.5%AA, 35g at 90 min
Mount Hood, 6%AA, 25g at 15 min
Willamette, 35g at flame out

For a bit of fun, I'm going to update this brew evening in stages during the evening, because there's a pretty high chance of a cock-up.

I'll have to do it on my blog though, so that I can use the Wordpress app on my iPhone.

Nothing has gone very wrong yet...

This is down to 1.011 already - a point below target - so it will be moving into a secondary very soon.
