Been reading this with interest, LOVE honey beers :)
I'm thinking of putting honey with my coopers draught when i get it.
I take it it's best to use it instead of sugar when bottling? could i put it in th f.v before bottling as i can imagine putting a teaspoon in each bottle would be a pain/ time consuming. How much would you put in for a nice honey taste to the beer? :)

yep. just draw off about a half pint of your brew and add your honey in place of priming sugar and nuke to sterilise.
let it cool and add to your fv...gentle stir...leave for a half hour and then bottle away.
i [cos im like that] would add a bit more to the last ten bottles for comparisons sake but just because im like that. :D

i used a syringe and measured 4ml into each 500ml bottle this time of clear new zealand organic forest honey.
do it in the bath then its easy to clean up haha. did 3 ml per bottle last time, need to chill them down tho before
openin cos it gets a bit lively haha

dont nuke it!!!!!!!!! surely thatll kill the flavour?! easier to add the honey into my polypin i must say
