sorted last night, she put the mash on this afternoon and also had the sparge water ready for when
i got home from work, so i had a quick brew and straight on with the sparge, i pitched the yeast about
45 mins ago, so a bonus brew day.
this is what i`ve brewed
3500g of Maris Otter Pale Malt
400g of Torrified Wheat
50g Fuggles @ 60mins AA4.8%
10g Target @ 15mins AA10.6%
Protafloc @ 20mins
11g Nottingham yeast
Target 23 ltrs @ 75% Eff = 1039
BU:GU 0.78 IBU`s 30.57
Actuall 25ltrs @ SG1040
So not a bad effort.
