Paddingtons (Boddingtons Clone)

Post by stevezx7r » Tue Mar 31, 2009 7:28 pm

This is my attempt at another GW recipe (his TTL clone is lovely), this time using the Boddingtons clone recipe as a background to what follows. This beer will be ready for my Dad's 60th in May so I thought I'd up the ABV a little from 3.6 to 4% abv. I've had to resort to using what hops I have in the freezer but the overall taste shouldn't be too far away. Anyway, I've renamed it so if it's sod all like the original I can just pretend that's how I planned it
