As an update, my friend from the Tongham area tried the beer I brewed based on this Hogsback TEA recipe, and said it was spot on. Thanks!

Does anyone know if Hogsback does a dry hop with their TEA? I am making another batch, and I have some leaf UK Goldings hops, thought it might be good to drop an ounce in there. Thoughts?

I managed to talk to a brewer the last time i was down at the brewery and he said they don't dry hop any of their beers.

but he did give me the recipes for hop garden gold and rip snorter, i couldn't really ask for more as i had all ready got lots of info from him, but i might try again for more info on my next trip down.

Hi bramswell

I know it's been years but I don't suppose you still have those recipes do you? I'm trying to make both of those and having a good recipe would be superb.

Thanks
Olly
