Brupacks Colne Valley - Stuck?!

I put a Brewpacks CV in the FV a week ago today. I tested the FG on Wed, Thurs and Fri nights. There has been little if any drop over that period in the gravity and it has stayed at a reading of about 1.017. Last night I gave the brew a stir to raise the yeast from the bottom - checked the FG again this morning and still no change.

Am I being too impatient - should I leave the brew to it a bit longer?
Should I take more drastic action - go and get some yeast vit?
OR should I be pragmatic - keg and condition it and see what happens?

Advice gratefully received.

Hopefully someone who has actually used that kit will come along and give you definitive advice. My gut feeling is to be patient. I brewed a Milestones Lion's Pride a couple of weeks ago which came down to about 1.018 after a week and took another 6 days to get down to 1.010.

I have an update - had left the sample in the trial jar on the side for a while and came back to find some bubbles (very small ones) rising. Seems it may still be going but slowly - feel that the Badger's advice of patience may be the way to go.

My Colne Valley stuck at 1020 (with the supplied yeast). I roused it and it eventually got down to 1012 after 11 days. After two weeks I bottled it, and now, after 6 weeks (total) it's great. The yeast really sticks to the bottom of the bottles. I see that Brupacks now do this as a dry kit, and I think I'll give this a go next time.
