This time I just put a bucket lid under it rather than a thick towel, my mistake!!!

Indeed... it will be all over the floor too!!!

As far as my brew goes, I think I may have made a really bitter barsteward after sticking my finger in the froth for a taste!

Using Grahams Beer Engine I think I might have added about 29 EBU's to the bitterness of the coopers kit, I'll have to wait and see :)

 Unfortunately, it looks like Ditch isn't going to see it. I don't know what format it's being presented in, but I've just sat here quite long enough, watching my dire connection trying to make something of it .....

No matter. I get the gist. (Anyone want another look at my stock photo of Gillian Taylforth? Sod it! I do!)

Not sure what I might say, really. Myself, I just ferment on a stone / concrete floor which a small pack of Dogs have constant access to. No thrills. No fuss. It's only wort after all. Does them no harm and keeps things 'tidy' around here

Any of you people Seriously into ye Coopers Stout and, perhaps, seriously having bother with The Blow? Might I just point out that receptacles do exist ~ commercially produced for similar purposes. Ye can find them on Google. They're made to sit under drums which contain stuff people don't want leaking and spilling everywhere. Unfortunately, being 'specialised industrial' kit, they're probably priced accordingly?

Otherwise, I'm afraid it's a bit like our Gillian; When she's gonna blow .....
