adding to my kit

hey,

im wondering about adding extra things to my kit brew ale, like bananas or maybe ginko extract or even lavendar! but i dont know at what point to add these, do i pop them in the tub at the start ? do i make an infusion and just add the water from that?

im excited - just think ginko ale, ill never forget another alcohol infused BBQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yippe.

Have you ever wondered what Raw Gingko tastes like? I bet it taste like shit! in keeping with all good herbal remedies! :D
I dare say lavender would over-power the Butchest of Landlords to being a shirt lifting limp-wrist! :mrgreen:

You can get banana flavours by using certain Wheat yeasts in your beer.
