I put a Geordie Bitter in on Tuesday afternoon, using Leyland Homebrew Beerkit enhancer, noticed that although there was still signs of bubbling taking place, and 'flying' yeast. Most of my yeast has become left on the side in a big tide mark after only one day.
Should I leave as is, or should I gently stir the mix back in with the yeast, or should I just re yeast? Any clues.
