Bottled my Traditional draught yesterday about 6 p.m .Just looked at the bottles and they are nearly clear already! =D> I left the brew in the fv for about 14 days and there is very little sediment in the bottles.Another thing about the coopers yeast being so stable is, I took a few 2 ltr bottles with me in the caravan last week and drove about 40 miles into the Peak district. When I arrived there was just a slight haze on the beer but nothing to spoil it.Ive had cloudier beer served in a pub.Im thinking of doing a Wherry and chucking in a packet of coopers yeast to see what happens. =D>

I personally wouldn't touch Muntons in the near future, no need when Coopers can knock out good value and very reliable kits.

Ps, you didnt take TV's Oz Clarke in this caravan did you?
