In corni for 6 weeks but has gone quite bitter, could this be because I did not sanitise well enough?

Does it make you screw your face up when you taste it or does it taste medical? If so maybe.
But I've never heard any one say an infection causes bitterness.

It tastes ok, not medicinal just very very bitter, no off flavors

Sounds quite odd. Poor sanitation usually results in a vinegary flavour rather than bitterness.

Could it be overcarbonation? If the gas is up too high & the keg is too cold overcarbonation can cause a harsh flavour.
