I may or may not swap the WGV for EKG...
which would be best with the Fuggle?

Personally I wouldn't use those delicious aroma hops in a Stout as they would get swamped by the malts and the late hops may seem a bit out of place (more common in a modern Porter). It's not very often that you would see a Stout with 15/10 minutes or Steep additions as they normally just have bittering hops and that's their lot. My personal preference is for a few medium to high AA hops at the start of the boil to get the EBU's and then let her go for 90 minutes.
Planning - Not for a long while

Fermenting - I'm Done

Bottle Maturing - Hobgoblin, Fullers ESB, American Stout, TOP, Fullers London Porter, Bandini Black IPA

Drinking - Still...Whiskey

I'm taking the idea of late hops from this:
Hop Back Brewery Entire Stout (from http://www.hopandgrain.com)

5 gallon batch
OG 1043
170 units of colour.

MARIS OTTER PALE MALT 3640 gms
CRYSTAL MALT 160 gms
CHOCOLATE MALT 160 gms
ROAST BARLEY 160 gms

HOPS boil time 90 minutes 33EBU
CHALLENGER 36 gms

Add 20 gms EAST KENT GOLDINGS last 15 minutes.
I made a 1-demijohn brew length as my first Extract brew and its turned out pretty good, the Hop back brewery also say something bout their Hop additions, its a very fine bottled stout:
Hop Back Brewery’s Entire Stout comes in both bottled and draught varieties. It is a fresh, hoppy stout with lots of deep roasted, chocolatey and burnt flavour depth. This leads to a satisfyingly different stout experience from that which most drinkers will recognise from more well known brands.
If nothing looks stupid other than My late hops I think I'll go for it! ;) Cheers :)
