10g brew length
6kg pale ale malt
2.5 lager malt
2.7 liqour to malt ratio mash 90 mins @66 celcius
sparge @ 72

90 min boil
60 g 4.5%aa styrian goldings@90
30g 4.5%aa styrian goldings@10
50g elderflower @10
2 tsp carageen @10
70g styrian goldings steep

danstar nottingham yeast

doing this at the mo more info on how it turns out later

What size brew length is that? If you mean 10L with with 8.5kg of grain then that'd be 'fairly strong'? :shock:

10g = 10 galon
