BLC

I have three types of beer line cleaner, two manufactured by Odex. One is Purple pipe-line cleaner which
contains Potassium Hydroxide and a purple indicator, the other is Beer line cleaner that is clear and contains
Potassium Hydroxide as above as well as Sodium Hypochlorite. I'm using them as cleaner/sanitisers followed by
Star San, the BLC seems to work best at the cleaning side if things.

I also have this,

As you can see it contains Sodium Hydroxide and Sodium Hypochlorite. There are no instructions regarding dilution,
Searches for the product and company haven't been successful. I'm assuming it will be the same as the other two
which are diluted 60ml in 5L. Anyone familiar with this product?

It ready for use, no dilution. It's seems to be a franchise outfit.

Cheers for that, I guess we're so used to diluting I naturally assumed

At £12/5lt I wouldn't like to be running a franchise. I found it after being invited to 'Take what you want' when a local pub
was being cleared out :D

Expensive way of buying a 5% caustic soda solution plus a few coppers' worth of bleach.

Yep, it requires little or no elbow grease and as Chris said rinses easily, it also quickly cuts through the crusty bits on the fv.
