Could be either, bottled too early, or used too much priming sugar. How much did you use? Also, did you get a steady hydro reading over 2 days?

Not sure what would cause the yeast to be loose and easily disturbed, but here's a solution:

Drink the first 1/2 litre of the 1 litre bottle and then save the rest until tomorrow - by which time it will have cleared again.

Chill your beer right down which will have 2 beneficial effects,

1) Carbonation will reduce significantly
2) Sediment will solidify in the bottom of the bottle

Pour the beer into a jug taking care not to disturb the sediment. Allow the beer to warm up slightly and then pour into a glass and sup without delay job jobbed :lol:
