So I had a pint of this last night in a Hall and Woodhouse pub. It was fantastic and kept in immaculate condition. However as a seasonal I want to drink this in the summer long past april. So I was wondering if anyone had a recipe especially extract although I can go with all grain.Appearance: A traditional style light
golden ale
Aroma: Distinctive strong
hoppy aroma with a slight
citrus undertone
Taste: Fresh hoppy taste
with noticeably hoppy and
bitter flavours
After Pallet: Hoppy, with a
clean crisp finish
Cask 4.5% ABV
Ingredients:
Hops: Super Styrian hops
(added twice to the copper)
and Styrian Goldings Dry Hop
Malt: Pale lager malt
Yeast: Badger’s unique yeast
Water: Pure Dorset spring water
The above is the information I could find about it. Although I definately will be going back to drink more of this. Even if it was £3.10 a pint.
