Brewday 17/06/09... something with biscuit malt

Well... there was nothing else for it, I made the 2 hour round trip to the LHBS

Of course... there was no US-05... or Nottingham. Only ale yeast was Muntons... not a very good LHBS.

Picked up a lager yeast instead, the dried SafLager S-23. I've never used this stuff before - we'll see what happens!

Borodave I may just send back the yeast if it ever arrives
