It's almost that time again, a long overdue start to my new brewing season tomorrow!

As we are in the cooler months of the year, I will be kicking off with a Pilsner for Mrs H.
Est OG 1042, based on 79% effiency.
Pilsner Malt 2784g.
Carapils Malt 398g.
Flaked Maize 398g.
Brewing Sugar 398g.
Saaz hops start of boil, 20 EBU.
Saflager Yeast.
Basically, all I have done to change this from my tried & tested Lager recipe is to do a straight swap with Pilsner Malt instead of Lager Malt & Carapils Malt instead of British Caramalt at Mrs H's request.
