Hi ,I have just brewed a muntons ipa kit and in the instructions it said that it was a good idea to syphon off the beer to secondary vessel after 3 days of fermenting as this would improve the flavour.My question is this is this worth doing with all kits ? I have made coopers bitter before and will do again I just wondered if doing this along withh using spray malt would reduce the "homebrewiness "
