whilst i mainly brew extract, i do like brewferm kits, and have 30pts of their tarwebier wheat in bottles, made replacing recipe sugar with wheat spray, and kit yeast with danstar munich.
i'm sure its just personal preference , but it has cleared beautifully in bottles. should i shake to get dead yeast bac in suspension to serve it cloudy?
tarwebier serve cloudy?
Re: tarwebier serve cloudy?
why not try it both ways to see which you prefer. I like wheat beers with the yeast personally, it adds something to the mouthfeel and flavour. pour half the pint clear then swirl the bottle to get it back into suspension and top up.

Wheat beers should be served yeasty, unless you've got the Krystall, which is strangely enough served crystal clear.
