I don't want to sound dim, but could some explain the advantages of nitrogen or nitrogen/co2 mix over pure co2. Is it purley an aid to head retention ?.I've started drinking my coopers Old Dark Ale pored through a dalex tap I get a rely good tight cream like head. :?

Sound no more dim than me, mate ~ Not that That's saying much! :? But, I too had looked at these Nitrogen bottles. I thought about them hard. Looked at the head on my Coopers Stout. Thought, " Why? And just forgot all about the extra expense of a secondary bottle.
