Hello,

Cracking out a Yankee later today. No idea what to expect really :lol: Here's the recipe with GP swapped for US 2-row.

Ingredients
23L @ 70% efficiency, 90min mash @ 67°C, 90min boil

3.68 kg Golden Promise (3.5 EBC) Grain 54.43 %
1.90 kg Munich Malt - 10L (19.7 EBC) Grain 28.08 %
0.95 kg Carared (39.4 EBC) Grain 13.99 %
0.24 kg Melanoiden Malt (39.4 EBC) Grain 3.50 %
13.50 gm Challenger [6.70 %] (90 min) Hops 8.6 IBU
17.00 gm Amarillo Gold [7.40 %] (90 min) Hops 11.9 IBU
29.00 gm Cascade [7.06 %] (90 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops 21.4 IBU
2 Pkgs US-05 Yeast-Ale

This is the schedule I've seen, but with Magnum out and Challenger in its' place.

I think you'll like the Amber style. It's pretty much a free for all,style in my opinion, just don't over hop. Amarillo at the end should be nice.
