Dark Star - Summer Meltdown

Post by floydmeddler » Mon Aug 31, 2009 6:06 pm

Had a few pints of this at the weekend and now want to add some fresh ginger to tomorrow's brew. Has anyone ever done this? For a 25L batch, how many grams of fresh grated ginger should I add? Will add at last 15 mins of the boil with some orange zest.

Cheers :D
