Far right is Brupacks Fixby Gold and middle is Turbo Cider.

Trying to find a mid price bitter for the barrel below :)

Looking good.

Minus 5 brownie points for an empty primary.

Good point Daab.

1 question though, lots of the coopers kits say some spray malt, some sugar and some dextrose.

Is there really any need or can i just go for spray malt? Also i notice there is light and dark, how do i know which to choose?

Thanks :D

I also have one of those wooden Ikea 'cubes' that's soon to be liberated and put to its proper use 8)

Went into keg 26th and i have earmarked 19th Jan for a party to drink it :)

That gives about 4 weeks, should be enough time to mature a bit :)

Thanks for the info about the spray malt. I noticed in wilko they do a "Geordie" kit additive. On closer inspection it was about 75% spray malt and 25% dextrose.

I'll do the coopers with 1kg spray malt :)
