Brewday 4/01/07 Spur of the moment

Got up early, did all the household chores, got bored, decided to brew :)
Today it would seem is adjunct day :o

3.5kg pale malt
250g flaked rice
100g wheat malt
100g crystal malt
100g flaked maize
100g flaked barley

It's in the mash tun now with 40 minutes to go.
I haven't made my mind up on the hop schedule yet, I have Target, Fuggles, Goldings and Saaz 8)
Any suggestions :?:

66g of Fuggles gone in for the boil :)
I am going to use 10g of Saaz as an aroma hop at the end of the boil.
Should be interesting :)
