Hopjuice :D

Sounds great. I'm getting an itch to do some hoppy beers after reading these threads. I haven't even dry hopped a beer in about 2 years. I think this is going to be a hoppy Christmas

That will be something else. Wish i could see your face for the first sip. Either deep joy or car ran over my tongue, another few months to mature maybe.

Tasted it today pre dry hop. Was monstrous, the aroma was almost like it had been dry hopped already. The alchohol is slightly evident but not too much, I always think that I prefer strong beers that you know there is something there.

Gorgous. Will try to give it a month after bottling. But I could drink that FV..

Anybody have any idea's on the carbonation. I was thinking about 2 volumes CO2? Really want this to be as perfect as it could be.

Awsome. Wish I could make time go faster so I could get fired into it.

Wish I had more bottles too. I have enough sitting about to bottle the RIS, the IIPA. Then I have an X-Mas Porter to make and then a Simcoe pale ale.

I really want to have more space to brew, or more bottles to use. Just means I might have to drink more of my already brewed beers, too bad.

I carbonated my IPA with 2 grammes of sugar per 500ml bottle. It was perfect for me, slighlyt more bubbles than say deuchars IPA but way less than lager.

Pop along to Glenbrew in Partick, 196osh. They sell pint bottles pretty cheap. Couple of quid for a dozen, something like that.

Might well do that. The single hop (ish) pale ale collection would be better in bigger bottles too.
