of which beer? SNPA, Porter, Celebration Ale, Stout....?

or do you want to clone the brewery, or indeed the National Park?

snpa is very popular it is on my to doo list check this thread sposedly from the brewers mouth

There are dozens of recipes if you try a search.

Basics are pale malt, small amount of crystal, US-05 yeast, cool ferment temp, and loads of Cascade at the end (around 100g for a 5g batch)

The recipe posted on the NB thread doesn't ring true, 8% crystal 60L/120EBC will give you a dark amber/brown beer.

Avoid recipes that call for perle hops :-& in my experince
