Anyone got any experience of this websites reliability? Heard some bad reviews of other internet sites so just wondering.

I've bought from them for a couple of months now. Everything has been delivered in 48 hours. I called them last week to ask about their AG stuff and they told me it will be added in the next two weeks. The guy I spoke to was really helpful, he explained they were looking to get the right suppliers so they can offer competetive prices on AG. I quizzed him a little on his AG knowledge and he stood up well, he told me they are home brewers who started up the site because of their interest in it.

I did also, both orders came 24 hrs before than I was quoted, I'm hoping they will get some of that St Peters Ruby Red Ale in so I can order that!

I wonder what their postage fees are to the Islands...? (Isle of Man)

The only online site(s) that don't take the p*ss with postage to the 'islands' are Hop & grape & Art of brewing...

I accept that living somewhere a bit more remote that you may have to wait a little longer o pay slightly more...
However I recently dismantled a motorcyc and sold the parts on eBay... I found parcel force charges NO extra toship from the island to mainland as it does to the rest of the UK...

It seems that soem online merchants get a contract with couriers who do charge extra for islands and highlands... Sahme they cant be more enlightened and offer a better service to their more remote customers...

AS these often dont have access to a LHBS

Why don't you give them a call? I find them very helpful.
