3Kg Lager Malt
1.5 Flaked Maize
200gms Cara Malt

Mashing @ 50º for 30min
Mashing @ 68º for 30min

Boil
In FV2 <------It Is here

680 gms Golden Syrup @ 15min
YEAST:
6g of US-05 ( I want to see if it Struggles)
HOPS:
10 gms Pacific Gem 14.6 % @ 60 min
30 gms Aurora 8.1 % @ 15 min
25 gms Bobeck 5.2 % @ 15 min
20 gms Aurora 8.1 % @ FO

Bloody dog just had a sneaky taste of some hops and trub, she better be alright!!!

UPDATE:Mon Nov 23

Beer still a bit sweet but still hitting a bubble every 10 or so seconds. Great Colour, slight Lemon taste along with the Corn tinge. can not wait, but have to.

Beers sweetness almost gone,getting a bubble every 60+ seconds. Great Colour yellow straw, Lemon taste has turned into quite a strong Orange/Grapefruit on first mouth full but that drops off,Not a pithy tastes but sweet Orange zest, Corn tinge has to be searched for, if you did not know it was there you would not get it, mouth feel is Full.

Ill get another 1pt sample and complete this update.

Only that I notice its a Orange/Grapefruit, Its a lot stronger than the 1st pint fooled me into thinking. think it went down a bit too easy. it also wakes the tounge up nice zing in the middle to back.

looks like I'll bottle this tomorrow as the bro-in-law and I have had a few too many samples now to bother to put it in a corny
