I have had 1KG of Geordie Beerkit enhancer stashed in my cupboard waiting for about now to be mixed in to my next brew (geordie larger, incidentally). The pack is vacuum sealed and air tight. However, the contents have gone rock hard!
Its still well within its useby date of 31/07/2010.
My question is;
If I disolve it in hot water, is it still good to use? I dont want to risk my brew for the sake of a few quids worth of BKE
Any advice will be kindly received!
